Projects and Achievements
Diving is more than just a sport – it’s a passion I’ve used to inspire others, develop skills, and create initiatives that go beyond the underwater world. Here are some milestones that have shaped my journey.
Head of Dive School at TSK Zürich – 2018-2024
Some of the things I created during my time at TSK
- Growing from 200 – 1000 Certifications within 6 years
- Setting up and implementing IDC Programme
- Creating summer internship PADI Pro2Be and mentoring first intern in 2024
- Strong collaboration with PADI Aware
- Dive Against Debris course as part of every TSK Advanced Diver training (100+ certified students so far since 2022
- PADI Aware course nights with NGO collaborations
- First PADI Eco Center of Switzerland
- Growing and fostered a Women’s only dive group “Tschiggi Diving”
- Organized and set up in house events with different speakers and topics
- Multiple collabs with other firms (Air Zermatt, Ferienplausch, UPC,…)
- TSK Academy – consulting role on quality and improvement
- Karl’s Kühne Gassenschau – Consulting role on safety/ equipment / training
- Mentor role for divemasters as well as full time employees
Volunteer Work In Venezuela - 2012
- Setting up “Center to Be” for kids after school time: English classes, swimming classes, extracurriculars and sports, paint jobs in local schools, beach clean ups
My role at Dive Scool Koh Chang Thailand - 2015
- Managing both a regular job as a management trainee at a Centara Hotel as well as a divemaster trainee job at a local dive school
- Growing dive school significantly by creating synergies between both locations (hotel + dive school)
Mentoring role - ongoing
- Empowering women by leading by example and living by the principle of Maya Angelou ‘When you learn, teach. When you get, give
- Inspiring others to grow and believe in their own strengths to achieve new personal and professional levels
- I got to teach and mentor from very early on – first as a simple tutor during school and later in my career as a co-worker a boss and a teacher
